Faux-ribos (Fake Haribos)

Fauxribos are 2 syns for a whole batch

I absolutely LOVE these treats, as do my dieting and non dieting friends.  I've tried loads of flavour combinations but orange/choc orange and raspberry/raspberry cranberry are the most popular so far...

Recipe:

1 sachet sugar free jelly crystals (any flavour)
2 sachets gelatin
1 Muller Light yogurt (any flavour that goes with the jelly)

Make up jelly with 400 ml of boiling water
Add both gelatin sachets and mix til dissolved
Fill ice cube trays 2/3 per cube with jelly mix until only 150ml is left
Put in fridge for @20 minutes (until just set)
Add Muller Light to remaining jelly mix and pour until the moulds are full
Back in the fridge until set
Use the smooth back of a knife to help ease out of mould if they're a bit stubborn

I've also tried these with a lime jelly base and used fat free lemon Greek yogurt - absolutely delicious

For a different taste I used lime jelly with coconut yogurt with a hint of lime.  Very good and really makes you ready for a holiday!
