Syn free hummus and pita chips |
If you want to make the syn free pita chips

Ingredients
Plain hummous:
400g drained chickpeas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2-3 minced garlic cloves (I used 3)
Good grind of sea salt
½ teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons low fat plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons water
Flavours:
1 teaspoon Nigella seeds (black onion)
Or
1 deseeded roasted red onion
Or
Caramalised onion
Method
Drain chickpeas thoroughly
Put everything in a food mixer
Blitz everything for your syn free hummus |
Blitz until the chickpeas are smooth and ingredients
are evenly mixed
Serve immediatelywith pita chips or cherry tomato and veggie sticks (carrots, celery etc)
