This is basically a wrap toastie in your choice of flavours and soooo tasty! It's 6 syns for the second wrap and absolutely perfect for lunch or a light dinner
Ingredients
2 x WW Wrap (6 syns + HEB)
Cheese – HEA of your choice
Meat and veggies of your choice (beef/caramlised onion/ ham/tomato/ chicken/corn/ prir piri chicken/peppers/onions, prawns/peppers, roasted veggies)
Fry lite
Salad to serve
Method
Cut your meat and veggies that you intend to use as a filling and put in a small pan to heat through, I add my onions/peppers first to get them slightly more cooked and then the cooked meat so it’s all ready at the same time
When almost done spray a frying pan with frylite and out it on low, add one wrap and put your cheese on it so the side of the wrap in the pan crisps and the cheese melts
Once the single wrap is lightly browned put it to one side, respray the pan with fry lite and put the other wrap in. Spoon the now cooked mixture onto the wrap and spread evenly
Take your cheesy wrap and place it, cheese side down on top of the mixture you you’re effectively putting the top layer on your ‘sandwich’ and leave for your base wrap to lightly brown
Quickly chop your salad and once your quesadilla is cooked cut into slices and serve immediately
