Just in case I didn’t like it I mixed with some dark soy and
baked, the result was an almost blackened, salty, slightly Asian tasting salmon
hat was absolutely delicious! OK, I
admit that description is as random as to not be helpful in the slightest but
it’s sort of the best I could do. It is
salty, but I don’t use much salt so to me using soy and miso will be, the
balance with the flavor of the salmon was perfect and I used the veg I had in
the fridge to make a stir fry to which I added a splash of dark soy as well to
pull it all together. I could’ve added
noodles as well but I’m keeping my carbs down.

This is a quick, incredibly easy dinner that requires very
little effort and is ready in 30 minutes.
