If you want to give them a try the recipe is here, I want
to say they’ll last 2-3 days but I’ve not managed to get them to last that long
yet!

Baked Oat Cookies
Everyone likes a cookie, let’s be honest but with a paltry
one hob nob coming in at 3.5 syns I thought it was about time I came up with a better
option than that! My baked oat cookies
are syn free as part of your HEB depending what you add to them, the chocolate
chip and Christmas are my favourite at the moment but I’ll keep taking one for
the team and trying new varieties and let you know how they go!
