These super cheesy muffins are a savoury
take on the baked oats I have most days for breakfast. I love cheese and every so often like to make
something that seems indulgent without using all my syns. These muffins are perfect, syn free if using
as your HEA & HEB and if not they’re 2 syns each. You can make a batch and split them over a
couple of days, reheating in the microwave or enjoying them cold.

Next I’m going to try them with different flavors,
bacon, roasted veg and caramelized onion being the ones I want to work on next
but I think it would work just as well with broccoli or asparagus
