I love these cookies, they’re so versatile
and truly do work with whatever flavor combination ‘regular’ biscuit you
want.You can squash them thinner for a
crisper texture (although they are not crisp!) or you can go for the soft, baked
oat cookie style I tend to favour.
Low syn cranberry white chocolate cookies
Today I made cranberry with white chocolate
chips for a change, they’re sweeter than I normally go for and come in at 2 syns each but that’s ok,
served with tart raspberries they really do work well and are going to be
perfect with my coffee later this afternoon!
