| Syn fre G&T baked oat mini muffins |
These are my mini boozy baked oat muffins are
the same recipe as my baked oats (scroll to the bottom for flavor variations)
which, as your HEB, are syn free.
Usually the mixture makes 6 normal sized muffins, but for taster or sw
party nights the same mix makes 24 mini muffins. Topped with quark and a little lime they were
a hit for sure!
I get the G&T flavouring at Sainsburys, there's prosecco too which when topped with quark and a raspberry are just as much of a hit.
