Very unusually for me this is not a Slimming
World recipe. This is however still what
I would consider a heathy breakfast (although I often have it for dinner) as personally
I believe that nuts and seeds contain oils essential for all round health. Regardless, home made granola is absolutely
delicious, sweet and salty with only natural ingredients and no sugar…what more
can you ask for

I often have this granola with almond milk
before the gym as it’s made up of slow release carbs and protein from the nuts
but doesn’t sit heavy as I go after work so it’s quite late
