Syn Free Bombay Potatoes

These syn free Bombay potatoes take about 20 minutes from start to finish and are the perfect side dish for a curry feast or a filling lunch.  I think you could also make a very thin omlette and use it like a dosa, wrapping the potato mix up and having it like a wrap.

Whatever you choose to do, this syn free version of Bombay potatoes is mildly-medium spiced and tastes super authentic.  Freezes quite well too if you have left overs (that’s quite the if!).
