It’s taken me literally years to force
myself to make this instead of synning the bought stuff all because I don’t
love balsamic vinegar and (mistakenly) thought that would mean this was nasty.
Long story short, I was totally wrong and
this is absolutely delicious!
This syn free BBQ sauce takes about 10
minutes to make and lasts a couple of weeks in an airtight container if you pop
it in the fridge (when cooled). I used
this recently as a sauce for hunters chicken and it was absolutely delicious – big
hit in my house!
