Low Syn Raspberry Ruffles

These are amazing, they taste just like the real thing and are only 1.5 syns each.  I’ve made them a few times now and have to admit that using an ice cube tray is by far the best way to do it, my first goes were just blobs and very rustic – plus they were so huge it was less syns to have the real thing!

I think these are nicer than the real ruffles as they have more texture, a couple and you really feel like you’ve had a proper sweet treat

Lentil Cheeseburger Fritatta

I admit it, this sounds like a disgusting idea but trust me, it really isn’t!  I love frittata as it’s a magical way to mix everything you want to use up with a few eggs, spices, plonk cheese on the top et voila, a delicious and quick meal but I wasn’t really sure this time as I’ve never used lentils in a frittata and wasn’t sure how it’d go but I’d decided with some spiced minced beef it would have enough bulk to work - and it did.

The same frittata base would work with loads of different combos; tuna and sweetcorn, chicken and sausage, chilli – it all works and it a great way to use up whatever’s in the fridge

Oreo Crumble Banoffee Baked Oats

These baked oat muffins come in at only 2 syns each when using your HEB, they’re absolutely delicious, taste like a proper cake and have the sweetness from the crumbled Oreo topping to the really great banana salted caramel muffin.
