Syn free lamb with orzo, feta and pine nuts |
As it was her birthday I used more feta and
pine nuts than maybe I would usually as I think they make the meal really tasty
but you can use as little or much as you choose. I would highly recommend keeping the fresh
coriander though as it gives a nice fresh lift to the meal
